IT Smart Media provides custom digital solutions tailored to client specifications. Project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones are finalized through our formal quotations or project agreements.
Upon full settlement of project invoices, all custom software code, final graphic assets, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
IT Smart Media retains the right to showcase non-confidential project visuals and case studies in our design portfolio and promotional materials.
